1. Nationwide Coverage

AutoBazar.pk provides reliable and fast shipping services across all major cities and rural areas of Pakistan. We collaborate with leading courier partners to ensure that your motorcycle parts reach you safely and on time.

2. Shipping Rate Calculation

Our shipping fees are not fixed. To ensure fairness, the cost of delivery is dynamically calculated at checkout based on the following criteria:

  • Product Weight: Charges are primarily determined by the actual weight of the items in your cart.

  • Volumetric Dimensions: For large but lightweight items (such as fairings, mudguards, or tires), shipping is calculated based on the space the package occupies (Volumetric Weight).

  • Consolidated Shipping: If you order multiple items, our system calculates the total weight and dimensions of the combined package to provide the most economical shipping rate.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Karachi: 1 – 2 Working Days.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3 – 5 Working Days.

  • Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working Days.

  • Please Note: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Deliveries are not dispatched on Sundays or Public Holidays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer a convenient Cash on Delivery service nationwide, allowing you to pay for your order at the moment of delivery. For exceptionally heavy or high-value bulk orders, a partial advance payment may be required to confirm the shipment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email containing a unique Tracking ID. You can use this ID on our partner courier’s website to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Secure Packaging

We take immense pride in our packaging standards. Every part is secured with premium bubble wrap and reinforced boxes to withstand the rigors of transit. We highly recommend customers record a “Unboxing Video” upon receiving the parcel to facilitate any claims regarding transit damage.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two times. Please ensure your provided contact number is active to coordinate the delivery successfully.
